You are sorely missed, Bob!

These days I often reflect on my atypical journey through the world of cancer and remember the incredible people I have been fortunate enough to meet on the way. A lot of whom were inspiring people at the Royal Marsden Hospitals, London and Sutton, both staff and patients alike. But probably the most inspiring of all was Robert Tiffany OBE and his leadership in developing cancer care globally. When he left the Royal Marsden Hospital in 1993, the hospital asked me to do something for his retirement. So,…I drew this!

And then Phyllis Cunningham (Chief Nursing Officer) presented my picture to Bob. So,…the Nursing Standard published this!
